Return Policy

All sales are final.

Costume return policy:

If you receive a costume and you need a different size, we will exchange the costume; 1.) if we have the requested size in stock and 2.) at your expense to return ship and ship the new costume to you.

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the costume for a size exchange. Outside of this exchange policy, costumes are not returnable unless damaged in transit.

Costume returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return a costume, you must call and have the return authorized. Authorized returns received in new condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

All other items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, please report it to us within 72 hours of receipt and keep all packaging the item arrived in. Insurance claims are filed within 48 hours of notification of receipt unless otherwise stated. is not responsible for damage during shipping and all damaged items will require an insurance claim. These claims can take up to 60 days, so please be patient.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging, we will promptly ship the correct item. You may ship the incorrect item back to us at our expense.

If an item is defective, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements for a replacement if possible.
