Urban Collector was created to provide Collectors an alternative for attaining unique and limited edition collectibles at great prices. Our core products include Collectible Statues, Maquettes, Busts, Replicas and Vinyl figures. Our product lines have continually expanded as Customers demand the service, selection and savings that the Urban-Collector brand has come to signify.

Service, Selection, Savings and Security


  • Service: Urban-Collector responds to all emails and phone calls as quickly as possible. It our personal goal to ensure all questions have received a reply within 24 hours of the original request.   • Selection: Urban-Collector carries hundreds of products from your favorite themes. Our inventory changes constantly as we add new pre-orders and sell-out of limited edition collectibles. Contact us if you have a product line that you would like to see featured on Urban-Collector.

  • Savings: At Urban-Collector we competitively price our merchandise to ensure fans can attain pre-orders at deep discounts. Over 95% of Urban-Collector merchandise is listed below MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price). Occasionally we carry an elusive product where customers had the opportunity to pre-order the item at a discount, but the current market forces allow for mark-ups above the original MSRP.

  • Security: Urban-Collector takes secure shopping and protecting consumers against fraud seriously. As such, we have taken the below actions:
    • All credit card payments are processed with industry standard 128-bit encryption.
    • All credit card payments are required to have CVV and Name/Address matches.
      • CVV matches ensure that the person placing the order has possession of the physical card. Most fraudulent activities involve a stolen cc number, but not the card itself.
      • Name / Address matches identify that your order can be tied back to the address where your credit card bills are sent. This requires that either the ‘Ship to’ or ‘Billing’ address matches the address on file with your credit card company.
      • If either of the above fail during your order – Urban-Collector will call you to confirm that the individual placing the order is also the card holder. We will also attempt to determine why the name/address mismatch occurred – this is done to protect you, the customer, from fraud.
    • Credit Card numbers are only retained until payments have been processed. After such time your credit card number is removed from Urban-Collector.
  • Paypal Payments will only be accepted from a ‘Paypal confirmed address’. Paypal only confirms address in select countries. A confirmed address means your ‘Payment method address’ matches your orders ‘Ship to’ and/or ‘Bill to’ address. If you submit a Paypal payment to Urban-Collector that is not confirmed, we will contact you to update your Paypal information at Paypal’s website. Once complete, you will need to resubmit payment to Urban-Collector
